Community Support System (CSS) is a dedicated provider of home and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 2006, our mission has been to promote independence, dignity, and inclusion through compassionate, person-centered care.

We proudly serve individuals and families across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, offering tailored support that meets each person’s unique needs and goals. From daily living assistance and individual support services to community engagement and caregiver resources, our team works to empower people to live fulfilling, self-directed lives.
