Community Support System (CSS) provides Individualized Day Support Services (IDSS) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and safely in their homes and communities. Services include assistance with daily living tasks, skill-building, community access, and support with personal goals. Our trained staff deliver one-on-one, person-centered support based on each individual’s needs and service plan.

Community Support System (CSS) offers Community Engagement Programs to promote social inclusion, independence, and meaningful participation in the community. These programs support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in exploring interests, building relationships, volunteering, and accessing local resources. Activities are person-centered and tailored to each individual’s goals, helping them build confidence and life skills outside the home.

Community Support System (CSS) provides Respite Care services to provide relief to a person’s family or primary caregiver to enable them to participate in scheduled or unscheduled time away from the person, and to prevent gaps in the delivery of the person’s services.

Host Home (without transportation) helps a person maintain or build the skills needed to live safely and independently in the community—things like health management, daily living, money skills, mobility, recreation, cooking, shopping, using community resources, and community safety—tailored to what matters to them and aligned with their ISP and person-centered planning tools

Community Support System (CSS) offers reliable and safe Transportation Services to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in accessing the community with confidence. 24 hour care in a residential setting with transportation. CSS caretakers are trained professionals who understand the unique needs of those we serve and are committed to providing respectful, timely, and person-centered support. Whether it’s a routine trip or a special outing, our goal is to make every ride safe, supportive, and accessible.
